Hi, I'm Primav Li 👋

🎓 I am a PhD candidate in Artificial Intelligence and Data Design at the College of Design and Innovation, Tongji University, advised by Professor Qing Chen. I am affiliated with the Intelligent Big Data Visualization (iDVX) Lab and the Qualia Intelligence & Innovation Lab.

🧠 My research develops cognitive computing–driven AI methods to support human creativity and human–AI co-creation, with a particular focus on algorithms for 3D content generalization. I aim to translate these methods into real-world tools and workflows that advance industrial transformation.

💼 I received my undergraduate degree in Media and Communication Design from Tongji University. My previous internships spanned intelligent design platforms at Tesla R&D, natural language processing research at Liquid, and synthetic data research at the TikTok AI Innovation Center, ByteDance.

🌱 Outside research, I enjoy comics, 3D modeling, and exploring new forms of interactive media. My nickname, “Primav,” comes from the Italian word primavera, with era removed—a reminder of an endless spring. I am inspired by my college’s motto: “To learn and create, for a meaningful life and a better world.”
